Dear Well-wishers and Friends, Since the foundation of Appanjan Foundation in 2021, our journey has been guided by a simple yet profound belief: “Service to humanity is service to God.” Based in Heria, Purba Medinipur, we have spent over five years striving to bridge the gap between privilege and poverty. Our mission is diverse, yet our focus remains singular—to uplift the marginalized. Whether it is restoring mobility to the differently-abled through prosthetic aids, bringing light back to someone’s eyes through cataract surgeries, or empowering women to be self-reliant, every project is a step toward a more equitable society. A special priority for me is our youth. In this digital age, our Appanjan Medha Anwesan Examination is a vital effort to steer students away from mobile screens and back to the transformative power of books. We want to replace their fear of exams with the joy of learning. However, the path ahead is long, and we cannot walk it alone. I invite each of you to join our family.
